Instructions for accessing Tele-psychiatric Services

Patient Portal

1. An email will be sent to access your patient portal
2. Complete the forms sent to your portal. Please make sure the forms are completed BEFORE your appointment
3. If this is your first time accessing the portal, you will need to “Register”.
4. If you are having issues with your login after creating a portal, you can click “forgot password” and an email will be sent to you to reset your password.

ZOOM (Video Conference)

1. Download Zoom application on your computer or phone.
2. An email will be sent with subject “Telemedicine Appointment with Dr. Bradshaw or Dr. Harden"
3. That email will have a 9-digit visit code to access Zoom
4. Open Zoom
5. Click Join Meeting
6. Put 9-digit visit code at “Meeting ID”
7. Then click Join to access Tele-Psych video call
